Included in this kit is all of the essential information you'll need to start your Sashiko journey:
- Custom-made 16×16-inch cotton and linen blend pillow sham with an envelope fold
- Three fabric squares for practice
- Specialty sashiko thread in 100-percent Egyptian cotton
- Olympus sashiko needles in two sizes for varying techniques
- Water-soluble pencil
- Grid ruler
- Thimble with a scalloped silicone
- A detailed, digital workshop

"The tutorial for the pillow was easy to follow with a relaxing approach. The artist showed several different designs during the video and encouraged the maker to have fun and be creative with the different stitches. She does a great job of covering all the important details in a way that's comprehensive for all sewing levels. Overall, it was a lovely introduction to sashiko, including some of the history behind the craft itself."
