Happy Monday Maker's! 😃 I'm super excited to share this super fun new crochet pattern with you all - The Colors Of The Jungle Blanket!
This fun color palette theme was inspired by the thought of "subtle jungle vibes" - I love taking inspiration from nature! 😉
I wanted to create this pattern using simple stitches for the body + boarder of the blanket, to really highlight the way all the colors look together (plus it's very beginner-friendly!)
As well, by using a 15mm crochet hook + super bulky #6 yarn to create this blanket, it works up SUPER quickly - great for last minute gifts too!
Are you ready to get started? Great! Let's go! 😊
Finished Dimensions: Approximately 38” by 48”
Materials Needed:
-8 skeins (106yds each) super bulky #6 weight yarn – I used Lion Brand Wool Ease Thick & Quick yarn in “Grass” (medium green), “Lemongrass” (light green), “Taupe” (light brown), and “Mustard” (medium orange/yellow)
-A 15mm crochet hook
-A pair of scissors
-A tapestry needle or crochet hook to weave in ends
Once your new Colors of the Jungle blanket is finished, I would LOVE to see finished-product-pics! (It would just make my day!) You can either post them here, OR tag me in a pic on Instagram. (@brennaannhandmade) I hope you enjoy making it just as much as I did! 😊
Happy making everybody!
